Hisamitsu operates globally based on a worldwide network of sales channels. Hisamitsu has their own local sales operation in 12 countries and areas including USA, Brazil, China, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, UK, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Our marketing and sales personnel’s priority is to collect customers’ voice by visiting pharmacies and providing product information as well as distributing product samples. The customers’ voices are important to improve our products and to meet customer satisfaction.
Hisamitsu also sponsors many major sports events overseas under the brand of “Salonpas”. We take these opportunities to engage with customers in order to increase the awareness of our brand and to create new customers. Together with our customers, we are actively expanding our “Salonpas” brand worldwide.
